Ali Zafar bursts into tears over sexual harassment allegations leveled against him by Meesha Shafi live on national television. Ali Zafar asked Meesha Shafi to end the fiasco. In April 2018, Shafi claimed she was sexually harassed by Zafar on multiple occasions.
Ali Zafar denied the allegations and filed a defamation suit against Shafi.
Talking to a private news channel, he further stated that a social media campaign has been launched against him. He said he became the victim of cyber bullying and cybercrime. Talking about Meesha Shafi, he said “I don’t know why she is doing this… one should ask her.
She should come to the court herself and reveal her true intentions.” Answering to the question asked by the TV host, Ali Zafar also alleged that Shafi wants to immigrate to Canada but he does not know why she made the allegations in the first place.
