Pakistani-American Hollywood actor Faran Tahir attended the world premiere of Pakistani Oscar winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy’s documentary ‘Song Of Lahore‘, during the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival held at Regal Battery Park 11 on April 18th, 2015 in New York City.
Faran is busy working on various upcoming projects in film and theatre, which are to be revealed soon, but wanted to make a special effort to take out time to support Sharmeen’s work. He later tweeted “Had the privilege of watching Sharmeen’s new documentary Song of Lahore. Amazing! So proud of her and humbled by her work”.
