Ingredients:
- 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- Half Bunch of Coriander Leaves
- 3 green chillies
- 1 boiled and peeled potato
- 2 boiled eggs
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Black pepper
- 7 slices of bread
- Milk to soak
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
- Mix all vegetables and spices in a bowl
- Finely cut boil eggs and add in the mixture
- Now take bread slices and slightly soak them in milk and take out by pressing gently
- Place the vegetable mixture in one slice
- Then place cheese on top and make a cutlet
- Make all cutlets like this
- Heat little oil in a pan and fry till golden brown
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup
