[Lahore: 10th April 2012] Designing lawn since 2006, Vaneeza Ahmad Ali introduces a new designer lawn collection for her pioneering brand VANEEZA VLAWN PRINTS this April.
Further, Vaneeza innovates within her lawn repertoire to introduce two brand new lines: VLUXURY PRINTS Collection and the LIMITED EDITION Collection.
This year Vaneeza’s Lawn is an essence of a multi ethnic celebration of colour and design.
Rich patterns of Jamavar and bold representations of psychedelic truck unique to Pakistan have been brilliantly incorporated as the latest statement of Pakistani fashion. The Topkapi and Shanghai bring colourful images from the glorious Ottoman and Orient eras.
Inclusion of other ethnic impressions, crochet and lace introduce the current international ramp trends of Spring/Summer 2012. This season’s aesthetic is bold and innovative, retaining the design philosophy and ethos of creating prints which are trendy, stylish and have a modern, contemporary feel to them. The collections’ colour palettes range from oranges to lemon and greens; which have been identified internationally as the colours of spring/summer 2012.
Speaking about the expansion of her brand, designer Vaneeza Ahmad Ali said “Each year, I look to add more value to my brand for our consumers. This year, with two more lines in addition to my signature V Lawn Prints line, I look forward to delivering on our commitment to value, quality and diversity.
Therefore, for those who like their lawn to have a lot more than just prints, the Limited Edition collection offers intricate embroidery with diaphanous dupattas. Alternately, the V Luxury Prints collection may appeal more to the purists, as it is a high end collection with dupattas in pure silks and chiffons. Alongside these two new brands, V Lawn Prints also moves into its seventh year of purely printed fabric.”
The V Luxury Prints, Limited Edition and V Lawn Prints collections will be launched in a series of exhibitions to be held in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad from the 21st of April 2012 and will be available at retail outlets & select stockists across Pakistan.
